The Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia Minister Vanji Udovicic today give a draft Memorandum of understanding to the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Liberia Minister D. Zeogar Wilson to review and get back to them.

Minister Vanji Udovicic also said that long term sports agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Liberia which will determine how the two Countries can collaborate.

The Youth and Sports Minister of Serbia Honorable Vanji Udovicic also said his Government will provide 10-15 scholarship to study in Serbia especially in the area of medicine and other technical areas.

Republic of Serbia is a country situated at the crossroads of Central and Southeast Europe in the southern Pannonian Plain and the central Balkans. The sovereign state borders Hungary to the north, Romania to the northeast, Bulgaria to the southeast, North Macedonia to the south, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to the west, and Montenegro to the southwest. Its capital, Belgrade, ranks among the oldest and largest cities in southeastern Europe.

The Youth and Sports Minister of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Vanji Udovicic invited to Serbia in June 2019 the Minister of Youth and Sports Hon. D. Zeogar Wilson for the European Girls Basketball Championship and in November 2019, for the Sports fair to enable the  Minister to see and learn about the Serbian sporting exercise.

Meanwhile, Minister Vanji Udovicic also said he never had this kind of hospitality before that he got from the Ministry of Youth and Sports given the time spent in discussing the upcoming development and also promise to bring back more goodness to the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

In furtherance, Minister Vanji Udovicic also said Minister D. Zeogar Wilson should send everything that the Government of Serbia can do in the future and send also all suggestions that we can tell you what we can and what we cannot.

Minister D. Zeogar Wilson in his statement express thanks to the Serbia team that they will hear from the Ministry of Youth and Sports very soon.

Minister D. Zeogar Wilson with the Deputy Minister for Sports Hon. G. Andy Quamie and the Assistant Minister for Sports James B. Toe in the meeting with the Serbia team which includes the Acting Assistant Minister Republic of Serbia and other officials, the meeting was held in the Ministry of Youth and Sports SKD Sports Complex.

After the discussion the Minister of Youth and Sports Hon. D. Zeogar Wilson led the team on a tour to see the basket gymnasium that is currently undergoing renovation.
